Ray St. Jean answered the phone on my first call and set up an appointment with me right away. He was available for weekend service, and ended up charging even less than he quoted. He was on time, curteous, professional, and knowlegable.

He was very reliable, reasonably priced and did a great job in a short time.

Ray was really fantastic. Incredibly professional, honest, hardworking and flexible. Not only did he come out the day our old furnace died and got it temporarily running again (without charge), he also provided us with several detailed proposals for a replacement furnace. When the furnace we selected turned out to be too large for the space, he came back the following day with a different one and had it running in short order. Great communication and incredibly professional in all respects. It’s great to know that there are still honest, dependable craftsmen out there.

They were contacted to replace a failed HVAC system not only did they offer precise and knowledgeable information they purposed a excellent system of best value of functional and performance not only were they extremely informed but professional. “Doesn’t get any better than this!”

It worked out very well. The technician who serviced my boiler was very nice. He worked quietly and quickly. His price seemed quite reasonable. I plan to rehire him for the job next time.

He quietly found the problem, left to get parts, returned, and fixed it. Came a little late, but had called before hand, so it wasn’t an issue. I would use them again, without question.

He arrived a few hours after I made the call. It was after hours. After a few minutes, he told me what the problem was and came back the next day with the part that was needed. His hourly rate was very reasonable. Service was quick and reliable as he came back like he said he would.
